Please take the time to follow the steps below so that you can join in conversations, receive important communications and access community resources.

1. Add yourself to our tenant directory

Filling in this simple form makes sure you’re on our distribution lists and is mandatory for us to meet our WH&S requirements. This ensures that you’ll receive updates, invitations and important news. You can also choose to join working groups and advisory groups. If you choose to you can make your profile visible to other tenants.

2. Sign up for an induction and a community tour.

We run regular induction sessions and community tours for all new tenants. You must be inducted and registered on the Tenant Directory to hold a swipe and/or key.

The inductions and tours last for about 90 minutes, and make space for you to meet other tenants and the Collingwood Yards team.

3. Request a key and/or swipe card.

Once you’ve registered on the Tenant Directory and attended an induction you’ll be able to have a key and/or swipe assigned to your for independent access to the site.

The Responsible Tenant in your space will need to request a key on your behalf via this form.

4. Join the community conversation on Slack.

Here you can join Slack, a real-time messaging platform that allows you to chat with our team, your team and the rest of the community.

5. Browse the tenant dashboard
