Funky Fun You is a Melbourne-based jewellery and creative workshop studio founded by artist and maker Amy Yang.

Founded in 2020 from a handmade jewellery market stall, FunkyFunYou has grown into a creative business that helps thousands of people discover the joy of making. Through contemporary jewellery, DIY kits, and hands-on workshops, we make creative skills accessible, playful, and approachable for people of all experience levels.

Our work spans silver jewellery, ceramics, acrylics, and mixed-media making. We are particularly passionate about helping beginners overcome the fear of "not being creative enough" by breaking down complex techniques into fun, achievable projects that anyone can enjoy.

Alongside our jewellery collections, we design DIY kits that allow people to create from home and host workshops that bring communities together through hands-on creativity. We believe making with your hands can foster confidence, connection, mindfulness, and a sense of flow in an increasingly digital world.

Based at Collingwood Yards, FunkyFunYou is a space for experimentation, learning, and creative play. Whether someone is picking up a tool for the first time or rediscovering a forgotten creative passion, our mission is to make creativity feel welcoming, accessible, and genuinely fun.
