We acknowledge the traditional owners and sovereign custodians of the land on which Collingwood Yards is situated, the Wurundjeri people of the Woiwurrung language group. We extend our respect to their Ancestors and all First Peoples and Elders past, present, and future.

Good Sport Magazine
Publisher

Open by appointment only

Since inception in 2014, we have redefined what a sports
magazine is.

By looking and listening deeper, Good Sport presents a more nuanced narrative. Leaving the box score behind and connecting with the interplay of people, community and culture; where ideas emerge, experimentation comes first and living actively engaged lifestyles are part of the creative process.

Good Sport’s ideas begin with a question, followed by a curious and playful approach. A collision and a combination of ideas from different contexts and entry points.

We believe in doing things with a team spirit and an openness to learn and grow. That’s what sport means to us, and we’re interested in the endless ways people from all walks of life manifest this attitude.

We invite you to join us in print, online and offline, actively and passively to become part of the Good Sport team.

The Good Sport Studio gives space to our left-field thinking, experimentation and curiosities.

Through the Good Sport Studio, we have created immersive exhibitions, held unsanctioned running races, 5aside football tournaments, 3x3basketball competitions and four square round-robins. We have hosted running retreats, yoga classes and panel discussions. And curated art shows, film screenings, mixtapes and standalone publications.
