Lauren is a queer transgender artist represented by Sarah Scout Presents Gallery. Using installation based methods they work across images, sculpture, sound, and video to explore how images shape desire, identity, and consumption. Lauren’s practice critically engages with the codes and conventions of image culture, using appropriation and image manipulation to subvert popular narratives. By tracing the political and ethical dilemmas embedded in image circulation particularly within the frameworks of commodity capitalism they work to interrogate how consumer aspirations are constructed across both digital and physical spaces. https://www.laurendunn.net/

In addition to Lauren’s arts practise for the last 12+ years they have worked closely with local artists, galleries, festivals and institutions to provide photographic and video documentation of exhibitions, performance and events. Pls feel free to get in contact with Lauren for a quote. https://www.laurendunn.net/
